Oh yes, the humble isopod, Mankind's one true companion. It's a shame they cut funding for them in favor of things like dogs and cats, just because they're more “User-Friendly” and “Marketable.” Hell, even rats are shown more respect than the Sleek, Beautiful, and Cute isopod! Forget Fluffy! Smoothie could win 10 times as many pageants!

God, I just feel so bad for them... I mean, just think about it. Have you ever wondered why they come into towns or cities from the depths of the sea or why they live under rocks so close to human homes? The answer is simple. You can see it in their great big isopod eyes. They have a longing to return to those days when man rode isopod along the Great Plains of Hispaniola. That's why they're always so close to your home.

So the next time you come across some sitting out in the cold, won't you show them some compassion and put them inyour mouth?
